Our team members are the heart and soul of our communities and we appreciate the work they do for our residents and communities every day. We appreciate them so much that we even made up a day in their honor and once again this year, we set aside that day just to show them some extra love. We surprised team members at each of our communities with a celebration opportunity of their choice on our fourth annual Thinking of You Day event.
All 30 of our community teams had the chance to vote on how they would like to be appreciated at their community this year. Every team member was invited to take a break to enjoy some treats and have fun gathering with co-workers.
Lots of fun was had at Merrill Gardens at First Hill in Seattle, WA on Thinking of You Day! They hosted a big dinner and gave away a few gift cards. “The team was very happy, and we all want to say thank you for the big celebration!” said Active Living Program Director, Patrick Connor.
Our community team in Campbell, CA got together with residents for a donut social and enjoyed cute thank you treats throughout the week.
