We love our team members so much we made up a holiday just for them! We recently celebrated “Thinking of You Day” to celebrate our team members and the amazing work they do every day in our communities. This is our second annual Thinking of You Day event and we stepped it up this year by sending local ice cream trucks to each of our 28 communities to treat our team members and residents to a cool dessert. The trucks arrived at each community at the same time so everyone could celebrate together. Everyone was invited to take a break and visit with each other while they slurped down some tasty treats!
With the temperature in the low 100’s in Arizona, the team at Merrill Gardens at The Groves in Goodyear needed some ice cream to beat the heat!

Thinking of You Day may be just be one calendar day, but we recognize our team members efforts every day. We greatly appreciate all they do at our communities and the kindness they share with our residents!
