They like us, they really like us!
We are honored to have our communities recognized for best design by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the 2018 Best Assisted Living Community Awards. Two newly opened communities and one community under construction are finalists in this competition that recognizes exceptional design in senior living. The finalists are:
Merrill Gardens at Ballard in Seattle, Washington (below) opened in 2016.
The community design features lots of light wood and big windows.
Merrill Gardens at Auburn, Washington (below) opened in February.
The community is stunning inside and out.
Merrill Gardens in West Covina, California (below) is set to open in 2019.
The community will have numerous common areas and a large roof top deck
A big shout out to our development partners at our sister company Pillar Properties and of course to the team at Urbal Architecture for their outstanding design work on all three of these communities.
The winners will be announced early next year and our fingers are crossed!
