As October comes to a close, we are looking back with smiles on our faces from all of the fantastic events our communities held. With everything from Oktoberfest to pumpkin crafts, they certainly were busy celebrating October and all that comes with it!
Residents at Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park (SC) enjoyed an array of German food, beers, and some very lively Polka music at their Oktoberfest. Our mouth is watering looking at all of the delicious grub.
Garden House residents at Merrill Gardens at Tacoma (WA) got in the fall spirit by water coloring leaves and pumpkins. They enjoyed reminiscing about their childhood memories of going to pumpkin patches, jumping in piles of leaves, and many more. How beautiful is this art?!
Residents at Mercer Hill at Doylestown (PA) worked together to make some delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! Baking them was fun, but eating them was better.
Truewood by Merrill, Taylorsville (UT) had an awesome pumpkin painting party! Residents got to flex their creative muscles while also creating an awesome decoration for their apartment. How cute did these turn out?
October has been a fabulous and fun month, but we are looking forward to November and all it brings!
