Merrill Gardens has announced plans to develop a new senior living community that will be part of the Town Center in Sammamish, WA. Our sister company Pillar Properties has partnered with Innovation Realty to develop, manage and operate phase one of the Sammamish Town Center.
The Sammamish Town Center is located in the heart of downtown and will be a pedestrian friendly, mixed-use gathering place that offers a lively mix of restaurants and pubs, shops and boutiques, entertainment and services, and a variety of home choices including Merrill Gardens senior living. The joint venture development will also include commercial space, parks and open space as well as new roads and other transit and infrastructure improvements.

Once complete, the Merrill Gardens community in the Sammamish Town Center will offer 150 senior living apartments with options for independent living, assisted living and memory care.
