Our team learned time-tested best practices from the world-renowned Disney parks and resorts and got to explore Disney business operations and see their methods in action. Then we learned how to adapt and apply what we learned to our community operations. This year two team members, Sam and Tanya, were recognized and applauded for their commitment to the people who live and work in our communities.
