The Merrill Gardens family continues to grow - three of our communities are expanding with additions designed to meet the needs of our residents.
Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre (WA) has added 54 new apartments and will now offer four levels of care including independent living, assisted living, transitional care, and memory care.
At Merrill Gardens at Anthem (AZ) we are building 13 two-bedroom, free-standing cottages as well as adding 24 additional apartments! These new accommodations will be available for residents that are interested in independent living. They provide another level of privacy and space, but don't worry, residents are still welcome to enjoy all the amenities and services that Merrill Gardens has to offer.
In South Carolina, Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park has also expanded with a total of 76 new stand alone cottages. With up to four unique floor plans to choose from, we can't wait to find the perfect home for every new resident!
