Two of our communities are growing with additions designed to meet resident needs.
At Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre, Washington we are adding 54 apartments that will offer assisted living care and memory care. The new addition is scheduled to be ready to welcome residents in February.
At Merrill Gardens at Anthem, Arizona we are adding two bedroom cottages to the campus. These are free standing cottages and residents who live there can also enjoy all the amenities of the community when they open next summer. In addition, the community is adding a new wing that will offer additional apartments to meet the demand in Anthem. Those new apartments will be available in the middle of next year.
