We are proud to announce that Merrill Gardens has been awarded the 2021 Argentum Best of the Best Award for Connecting Residents During the Pandemic! With COVID-19 came adaptation, and we are so thankful that our team was ready and willing to do everything they could to provide the best possible experience for our residents.
In early 2020, we partnered with Volara and Google to bring accessible technology into the homes of our residents. The first Google Nest Hub Max's were installed in Washington State in May 2020 and we are now expanding the program to communities across the country. These devices were designed by Volara with an easy-to-operate interface and allowed for residents to communicate with friends and family, enjoy their favorite entertainment, and access up-to-date information!
When we first began this partnership we were excited about the opportunities that it could provide, but our expectations were far exceeded and the feedback we received was incredible! With every system personalized per user, residents were able to immediately start using the devices with voice commands and intuitive swiping controls, allowing them to enjoy new experiences.
