As we continue through our "30 Videos For 30 Years" video series - we thought it was time to switch it up a little bit. We've been focusing so much on our incredible residents - but we certainly can't forget about the amazing people who care for them and keep Merrill communities running every day.
Meet Kelsey. She started working at Merrill Gardens at Bankers Hill (CA) when she was 18 and has worked there for five years. As she mentions in the video, she has grown exponentially during her time at Merrill Gardens, "I couldn't call in my own pizza before" she says about her 18 year old self.
She also describes the experience of working at Merrill Gardens like being a part of a family. Kelsey says, "Merrill Gardens to me means so many things...community doesn't label the right way, family is better. Everyone loves each other like family."
