Instead of focusing on just one aspect of a community, REPs have the chance to learn in all departments and that also means more time with residents which is absolutely the best part!
During the course of a day a REP may work in the dining room, with the care team, lead a resident activity, learn about the business office or assist the General Manager. As REPS gain more skills, additional compensation can follow as they build a career.
