Our community teams are so creative and they found some very thoughtful ways to celebrate Easter Sunday! One of the most important things that we can do for our residents right now is provide happiness and reasons to smile while keeping everyone safe.
We had a few energetic team members dress up as the Easter Bunny and surprise residents with gifts and kind words. It's always amazing to see people go above and beyond to bring happiness to others, and we are so proud to have team members that make it their mission to do so on a daily basis. We found some special Merrill Gardens Easter Bunnies at Woodstock (GA), Monterey (CA), and our Bankers Hill (CA) community bunny was featured on the local news! Click below to watch the story.
Many of our communities took the time to make "Easter baskets" for their residents that included chips, candy, drinks, and a whole bunch of other goodies. A special thanks to Madison (AL), Solivita Marketplace (FL) and a few others for showing us their fun and colorful bags!
Just when we think we've hit the limit on kindness and creativity, more tends to roll in as two of our California communities had some special events set up for their residents. At Rancho Cucamonga residents made their own personal bunnies.
Our Gilroy community organized an Easter lunch - residents enjoyed delicious food delivered to their door and homemade cards from local middle and high school students.
It was so great to see everyone enjoy the holiday and we hope you had a fantastic Easter as well!
