In order to be a hero, you don't have to be able to fly or save the world from the next meteor. Every day we see heroes walk in the doors of our communities, equipped with kindness, positive and uplifting attitudes, and an incredible sense of compassion. They constantly go above-and-beyond and we try to take every opportunity to say thank you.
We sent a "hero" sign to each of our communities so that they would see it each day as they came to work, as a reminder of how much they are appreciated. Our team at The Oaks (AZ) shared that appreciation as they took a group photo!
The team members at Lionwood (OK) went all out with the hero theme, as they took some fun photos with the sign and an exciting background.
It's great to see our communities display their signs proudly and we hope that they know how much they mean to us. A few other communities took photos of their signs as well, including Huntington Beach (CA), Burien (WA), and The Pines (CA).
We want to thank all of our heroes, and encourage you to show appreciation to the heroes in your life.
