Merrill Gardens at Ballard is honored to receive the 2017 Argentum Senior Living by Design Award.
This award was given to just five communities nationwide from a list of 26 senior living community nominees.
The judges noted that the community fits the fabric of the Ballard neighborhood and were particularly impressed with the numerous common areas including a rooftop deck with fireplace, private ground floor patio and stunning staircase in the main living area.
Merrill Gardens has 105 apartments and offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. We are thrilled to be recognized for this award and even more pleased to see residents enjoying the community everyday.
