Each year, we bring our community General Managers and senior company leaders together to learn and grow while implementing best practices. This year, the group gathered at Disneyland to attend the Disney Institute.
For more than three decades, Disney Institute has shared business insights and best practices from Disney parks and resorts with professionals and teams around the world.
Our team learned time-tested best practices from the world-renowned Disney parks and resorts and got to explore Disney business operations and see their methods in action. Then we learned how to adapt and apply what we learned to our community operations. Everyone graduated with flying colors, and Mickey even joined us to celebrate!
This meeting is also a time to recognize excellence as we honor outstanding community achievements and our HERO Award winners. This year two team members, Sam and Tanya, were recognized and applauded for their commitment to the people who live and work in our communities.
