We are so excited to release our brand new video all about books! We asked Merrill Gardens President, Tana, what books she recommends reading this year. She gave five suggestions — with everything from business focused books to a book about...video gamers? How intriguing.

The first book Tana mentions, Lessons in Chemistry, tells the story of Elizabeth Zott, who became a beloved cooking show host in the 1960s. Goodreads writes, "Elizabeth Zott finds herself not only a single mother, but the reluctant star of America’s most beloved cooking show Supper at Six. This "oldie but goodie", as Tana refers to it as, focuses on customer service and what we want to accomplish when it comes to business — it touches on the fact that it's not all about money, but making people and your team happy.
