The goal of marriage is to find a love that will last a lifetime and ten couples at our community in Santa Maria, CA seem to have hit the jackpot. We did the math and between these ten couples, they have logged 614 years of marriage! That clearly calls for a celebration and the community hosted a special vow renewal ceremony where the couples got to say "I Do" all over again!
Ed and Peggy have been married the longest at 74 years!
Bruce and Ruth are celebrating 64 years of marriage!
Janis and Warren are the newlyweds in the group, celebrating 28 years of wedded bliss!
Jelmer and Rose have 66 years of marriage under their belts!
Leroy and Carol have been married or 62 years!
Mike and Betty are celebrating 61 years!
Seventy one years together for Ed and Betty!
John and Lori Van got married 57 years ago!
Fifty nine years and love is still blooming for Catherine and Ralph!
Benson and Herminia have been married for 68 years!
These lovebirds are an inspiration to all of us and it was so lovely to see each couple renew their vows in front of the entire Santa Maria community. They could all teach us a thing or two about making love last. Congratulations to these lovely couples!
