Meet Siteri Levaci, one of our Garden House Senior Caregivers at Merrill Gardens at First Hill in Seattle, WA. She has been working at the community for more than five years and we are sure glad to have her on our team!
Siteri has been recognized by our Vice President of Resident Care, Sara Padilla, as someone who consistently goes above and beyond in her work, providing a high level of resident satisfaction.
Siteri says she enjoys working at our First Hill because she works with such an amazing team. She loves that the nursing staff works tirelessly together to make sure everyone provides sincere care to our residents. Siteri believes the Garden House Care Director at First Hill leads them in the right direction by encouraging the team to provide the highest standard of care for residents everyday.
Danielle Belleveau-Jensen, the Health Services Director at First Hill, noticed something special about Siteri right away, “Siteri has such a warm personality and is so well liked by family and other team members. She is a very reliable employee whose knowledge of the residents is much appreciated every day.”
While continuing her path as a Senior Caregiver, Siteri has a passion for caring and building relationships with our residents. She said helping our residents stay strong, healthy, and happy with their home at Merrill Gardens drives her to create a positive environment for all residents at First Hill.
