Our residents and team members are the heartbeat of our communities and we are inspired by them daily.  We recently updated our Mission Statement to reflect what is happening in our communities every day.  These simple words are the guiding principles of our company.![](https://blog.merrillgardens.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/122316c_corp_mission_statement_f.jpg)

There are so many examples of how our team lives this mission - from the simplest interactions to the big fun parties and everything in between - its the special moments that we hope make living at Merrill Gardens a pretty wonderful experience.
