Valentine's Day is one of our favorite holidays of the year, filled with love, compassion, and a whole lot of fun! Over the last couple of weeks, our communities had so many Valentine-themed events and activities, and we just have to share them with all of you!
So many communities created amazing crafts and showed off their artistic ability with every masterpiece! Our residents at Tacoma (WA) made some adorable little bits and bobs and also handcrafted comfy, heart-shaped pillows.
Residents in three of our California communities, Bankers Hill, Clovis, and West Covina, made wonderful decorations to cover the community in pink and red! It's always fantastic to see the teamwork that goes into making every room so festive.
This year we learned how many ways our residents could make hearts through art! Whether they used paint, pencils, flowers, or simply repurposed materials from previous projects, it was truly incredible to see all of the variety in their creations! Our team at First Hill (WA) went above and beyond as they threw a huge party to close out their week of love! The celebration was filled with tasty food, a long list of activities, amazing company, and a surprise live performance from the Seattle Music Conservatory!
