Our communities and the Seattle office spent the last month working hard as part of our Toys for Tots drive. Our sister company, Pillar Properties, collect toys every year for Toys for Tots and we were excited to join forces with them in an effort to bring joy to children in need this holiday season.
We reached out to friends, family, vendors and partners and the toys came flowing in! The Toys for Tots drive is an all-out effort by the Merrill Gardens and Pillar Properties teams and we are proud to say we smashed our goal this year! We wanted to collectively raise $100,000 in cash and toys, and we were able to bring in $115,000, beating last year's total by $35,000!

Toys for Tots is a terrific organization – 97% of the cash proceeds go directly to providing holiday cheer to children in need and we are proud to partner with them. As part of a longtime family company, we feel honored to work with Pillar Properties to make a difference in the lives of less fortunate youngsters in our communities. We also want to thank everyone who donated this year, we truly appreciate this chance to spread holiday cheer!
